These items are clearly refurbished and re-packaged.
Seagate gives me no warranty. Good luck contacting the seller for the “one year exchange warranty. The data above makes a big deal out of the 5-year warranty, including a great big chart showing the specs.
Don't be fooled by the attractive price. Also, don't buy from fast india. Still not worth the head ache. Do not buy from this distributor.
Very disappointed,. I am sooo disappointed that i picked this drive. Not very impressed.

Good for the price, bought 2 of them and have put about 650 hours on both,so far so good.
Shipping
Arrived on time and worked perfectly for a restore.
But the seller gave me an rma # and instructions to ship back to them without any argument.
It took awhile but they shipped me another one and it is working just fine in my dell t310 server
Awesome so i ordered 4 drives and they arrived.

I bought two and while yes they are seagate the stickers were branded dell.
I see that there are many sellers of this item listed on amazon, but upon close examination, the offers are not identical.
I can't guarantee you'll have the same experience as me, but i certainly got a very good deal and these are worth trying yourself.
