The warrantee is thin though as seagate warrantee starts at end of life by there clock the only warrantee you will get is from the reseller

If im not wrong at least this one has 3 yr seller warranty which is pretty impressive on the bare drive market not to mention the price you pay per tb on an older model enterprise level harddrive
