Price
I am very pleased with the disks, and for the price they were an absolute bargain!
Purchased to upgrade existing nas hard drive storage, cost effective for such a large size.
My birthday is coming up so for the right price i'd may treat myself again.
I can only assume they are unused old stock, maybe removed from unsold servers but for the price i am over the moon.

A quick google reveals they are pre exos drives, and when they arrived the dates on the drives were 2019.
These were then replaced by two disks that took longer to arrive - it appeared they were coming from france/germany.

But it is a little noisier when i compare this to other mechanical drives, hence a one star reduction.

A quick google reveals they are pre exos drives and when they arrived the dates on the drives were 2019

It isnt on the official supported list but it works as it should shows drive health and 0 hours 0 bad sectors

I was after a lot of space for music and files and i leave my pc running most of the time so i thought an nas or server drive would be perfect for me
