Pros
This is the 2nd seagate small size usb external harddrive that i buy. I just needed more backup storage space and since the 1tb is full; this 2tb model feels just as good quality as my older one. The price for 5tb and good quality is amazing.
Fast enough, downloaded huge number of photos and graphics. The setup is very easy and is compatible with macbooks.
Cons
Really dissatisfied with the amazon support. Extremely disappointing. Waste of my money. Will not be returning this item.
Ntfs compatibility is for windows, not mac. Perhaps my mac 2014 27 inch desktop is too old (big sur os) but this external drive will not work with it.
Tried to eject. Wouldn't eject. Died randomly a couple of months after the warranty. And even this case is not properly attach.

Almost no heat generated, light noise under extreme access (expected), compact size.
Good storage but takes a lot of time to transfert videos !
Price
The price for 5tb and good quality is amazing.
But for the cost this is a great product!
I can't speak to the speed of the other capacity versions, but if you have the budget for it, i highly recommend the 16tb version.
Shipping
Quick shipping as always, i'll say i was not expecting it to be so small, i had a 1tb drive before, compared to this one it was pretty big.

The speed of both devices are close and a single powered external drive is a much smaller power draw than the raid

I do find games run a little slower when stored here as opposed to my ssd
