Not too bad even after a year of owning the product. The warranty procedure was easy & i have no problems after that. The customer service was pleasant. Every other time a quick fix and no issues.

Pretty lightweight and portable too. Doesn't slow down my gaming or lag up at all. I keep that connected to my desktop.

After 2 minutes or so, it disconnects itself and stops any file transfers it was in the middle of. Turns itself on and makes noise, endlessly. Stopped properly working withing the first week of average indoor use.

It seems it has been completely corrupted somehow. Pathetically short lifespan and a waste of $100. If they can't withstand a 20 minute commute a few times a week by car then what good are they?

I buy external drives expecting to store some data and perhaps retrieve it later, and these just aren't good for that. Will have to pony up and get an ssd instead. Not suitable to use as a secure back up location or for holding data long term without ...  Read More
