Quality

4tb for the price and quality is worth it

Very high quality product, reliable and stable.

It runs a bit warmer so it does cause the synology fan to run at a higher speed but still not full speed.

Packaging/appearance

It runs fine even though it's not on the synology officially approved list.

The frustration free packaging version is the way to go if you want to save money.

Received the 2x4 tb ironwolf nas hard disk drives in excellent condition, the packaging corresponded to the hard disk drives.

Competitiveness

I still have 3 of the older 6tb variants in nas from 3 years ago going strong.

I use this in an age old synology nas.

Easy to use, stuck these in a synology ds220+ and had the entire unit up and running in under an hour.

I purchased a seagate ironwolf 8tb for use with a synology ds418play nas.
