Quality
I bought the 4tb versions and replaced with the 6tb for more storage.
Seagate makes both conventional and 4k-native drives, and the product descriptions aren't clear in this respect.
Price
However, despite the lack of speed it works well and the price was great.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was very well secured and sealed.
However, my trouble was that amazon's packaging was completely inadequate to protect the drive during shipment.
Clinking noise right out of the box.
Competitiveness
Only had them for a few months so far, but very happy with them for my synology nas.
These are a good capacity and work well in my zfs raidz for the price.
The previous seagate 4tb nas drives performed well without failure.
Purchased 2 drives for a synology nas.

And never use desktop class drives in a raid configuration they are simply not designed for that and will likely fail you at some point
