Raid rebuild was twice as fast on these as my old wd blue drives, and the mean to me between failures is through the roof.

I bought this to replace the failed nas drive from another brand recently, of which i have had failures over the last couple of years, i have now had it in the nas for a while and i am happy with it, so far it is compatible with the competitor drives and i like that it is cmr technology with a decent cache.  Read Less

These are 7200rpm and the wd ones were 5400rpm, plus these have more cache.

I have considered going with seagate exos brand but finally chose iron wolf pro brand as it has the same reliability mtbf 2.
