Pros
It is more affordable than the seagate game drive that is marketed for xbox. Still, ssds aren't anywhere near this capacity. I sync 10tb of my drive to my idrive cloud account which actually is 10 tb usable capacity.
Cons
Mb write speed is far less than any of my many external/portable drives. Hd is dead after a year. Not more warranty with seagate. Seatools is literally unusable on windows.
Used to love seagate drives. Lowered my trust in seagate though, so didn't bother trying a second one. And today i heard it start to crackle, i mean literally start to burn which scared the heck out of me.

Love the product and used it for filmaking project storage
Packaging/appearance
This is a great hard drive, but the only negative is that it came in a flimsy wrapping inside an amazon cardboard packaging.

The console itself comes with a whopping 1 tb ssd but my external hdd only had 3 tb of useable storage

Although i pray in time that the seagate expansion card will diminish in cost because right now it is obscenely expensive

You have to re format it as soon as you get it in order to actually put files on the hard drive

Only a small issue at first use it has its own icon but upon later uses i noticed that its icon has been replaced with a generic icon
