Pros
Price for 5tb and good quality is amazing. Super easy to format the hard drive to be compatible with mac computers. Still has over 2tb of storage left.
Seagate drives are excellent drives. J'utilise ce disque comme master. Sous les 20 minutes of montage, il répond très bien.
Cons
Don't buy cheap stuff - just spend the money on sandisk instead. No mac. Returning this item. Estimates refund of aug 5.
It only works with windows and chromebook. There was read-me instruction for pc and chromebook only.
There is no way to view folders as a list. The folder are literally all over the place. I cant even click on a folder without it freezing. It has ntfs compatibility, which is for windows, not mac.

The price for 5tb and good quality is amazing.
But for the cost this is a great product!
I can't speak to the speed of the other capacity versions, but if you have the budget for it, i highly recommend the 16tb version.
Shipping
Quick shipping as always, i'll say i was not expecting it to be so small, i had a 1tb drive before, compared to this one it was pretty big.
