Pros

Will update after a few weeks. Seems very responsive. Restored my backup to this drive and copied the other one over, and am off again.

Seagate one touch hub comes in a variety of drive sizes. Sat next to another 2tb ext drive, the size difference is huge. Comes ready to use with windows, formatted as ntfs.

Easy to set up, just plug and play. One of my favourite brand of storage manufacturers. Plug & play.

Cons

Seagate external harddrive is very noisy and slow. It is not robust enough for the application and suffers from wobble. Took over 24 hours to transfer my other data on to it and then crashed at 99% complete. Never again seagate.

This of course is totally unsatisfactory. But the industry keeps abusing. This company is keen to sell their product but when things go wrong, (even from brand new) they just don't care!

Bought the 4tb model but only 3. Tb so a massive 500 gb less storage. The storage capacity advertised is 16 tb.

The 5tb keeps disconnecting. Have tried disabling the virus/firewall softwear after disconnecting from the net.

I bought a 2tb driveno problems at all and it’s working how it should.

I like that you get 2 years warrenty!

Despite the answer to one of the questions, the 4tb version does not have a usb-c socket.

The 10tb one i ordered came with a 7200rpm barracuda pro.
