The drive came without the public drive on it and the documentation website and pdf of the manual and software dashboard and toolkit were not helpful

I was able to get through to a company technician quickly he remoted into my computer diagnosed the problem and had me perform a factory reset which fixed the issue

It is a device to use to store and map drives to get remote access to from your cellphone or other pc and even setup an ftp server

If you store video and music you can use plex or kodi to remotely access your files and play cartoons or whatever you want directly from storage
