Inside that hard drive i had thousands of thousands of very valuable videos that ive been collecting for years in a hurry i went to connect it to my laptop but windows was saying that it couldnt recognize it

After i realized that nothing was going to work i started searching online for data recovery businesses after a few days of taking my hard drive to 2 different locations in manhattan one told me that they could recover the data but it was going to take about 2 weeks and i have to pay 1500

At the second location they said that it was going to be around the same time and that it was going to be a lot of work so it was going to cost me 2250

Then my son asked me if i ever paid for a protection plan for the hard drive

They explained me the process to send them my hard drive and during that whole process they always kept me informed about the status of my hard drive recovery a few days ago i received in the mail a 4 terabytes back up drive with all my videos on it the whole process took less than 2 weeks and instead of paying thousands of dollars i got great service and all my videos back for only 9

Sure enough my new hard drive crashed within a year and backups were not up to date
