Good upgrade from desktop hard drive. Drive is in raid 1 and reads perfectly healthy. Temperatures are also on pair.

So far so good, with 1st drive being on for over a month with out single shut off of my qnap ts-453be.

They never spin down unless there is a long power outage and the ups shuts it down.

Update: nearing year of constant power-on with zero power fails, the drive works flawlessly!
