The product is good and legit. It's handy and durable. Its compact size and sturdy build make it easy to take on-the-go.

Cons

My photos/videos are gone. Replaced harddisk only. Customer loosing the money. Is the invoice alone and the serial number not enough?

The device is defective and i have lost my data as well. It works only with laptops. It is able to detect in company provided toolkit, but not as a drive so i can copy more data or check the once which are copied.

Looks elegant and has storage is elephant but what's the use of it gets overheated while transferring couple of gbs. Pathetic speed. I'll take my chances with freenas scale rather than depend on these scoundrels.
