Pros

First external drive i've ever seen with a fabric cover to it and feels like it has just a little bit of padding to the covering. It's so lightweight it can fit in my small purse with no problems. I love the cloth texture on the top.

Cons

This is not a usb c drive, it’s a usb 3 drive with an adapter. Data disappears and can’t be extracted. I believe the faulty cord to be the culprit.

The * thing collects dust like your grandma's faux flower arrangements. You even look at it sideways and some misc weird black mark will end up on the fabric. Heaven forbid you move the thing, it comes right out.

As noted in other reviews it worked right out of the pkg on my macbook pro w/o any formatting.

Competitiveness

Great price for 1tb and a good solution compared to the many, many flashdrives of every high-rated brand under the sun that has failed.

It wasn't hard to set up with my macbookpro.

I do not use it for automated backup and i use a miscrosoft surface book 2.
