Pros & Cons
Pros
The cleaning process brings down a lot of creosote and soot, and you don't want that mess anywhere near your fireplace. This handy little sweeper is a life saver! Comes with a wrench to replace the bristle.
The kit comes with two for the brush sections, but only one has a carrying strap. Just be prepared to manage the mess, wear gloves, and source your own carrying strap for the storage bags. They attach together via large spring-loaded steel balls and h... Read More

Sealegend chimney sweep kit gets a 4-star review. Shocker- not junk. Give you everything you need to whip the gunk off the inside of your chimney.
It's also helpful to put the hose of a shopvac inside the plastic barrier to * up most of the flying soot before it can escape into your house. I was impressed with the amount of soot that was dislodged.

I have been paying 100's of dollars for chimney sweeps for years.
Beats paying a couple of hundred dollars to have a chimney sweep come out.
Packaging/appearance
The whole kit is also nicely packaged in its own carrying bag, which is a great feature.

This kit shipped in a really thin box that had me worried right away it would be junk.
Marked the box on the outside (chimney sweep kit) for later use.
