They are certainly bright and you can see in my pictures that the glow is less focused and crisp as the oem halogen ones

The regular bluewhite lights will probably allow you to see further though

Also these bulbs come in a very small box vs back in the day similar bulbs would come in a box about 3 times this size

I noticed that the oem fog lights in my 2015 mazda cx5 just didnt seem to cut it in terms of being able to see as well as i would like the lamps are halogens with whitelight
