This adjustor keeps the seat belt from rubbing on my neck. This makes it great because now i can loosen the belt so it doesn't choke me.

It’s now on the floor of my car where i tossed it in disgust. It constantly comes off even when installed correctly. Keeps separating and falling off of the belt.
