I bought 2 and both ended up looking like dreadlocks frizzy and incredibly tangled within 7 days even after following the hair care instructions provided — shampoo condition lay flat on towel to air dry soft bristle brush gently combing from ends upward did not sleep or exercise with them in — and they just keep looking worse and worse

They also ask for no negative feedback before contacting them first but there’s no contact email or phone provided and no “contact seller” option on my order detail so i have no idea how to contact them to complain

Trust me dont waste your money on this it doesnt work even the ones as seen on tv it sucks
