Pros

I really like the way this security camera system operates and it has a very large amount of storage at 2tb. The wires they send are awesome. This system is definitely plug and play.

These are nice, but the upgrade helps tremendously with zooming in for identification of faces and plate numbers for day and night. The cameras are so clear up to a good distance and the nighttime visibility is just as good.

This is my first security camera set up so it took a little time figuring everything out. They're easy enough to fix. Installed all 6 cameras, will add 2 more shortly.

Easy setup. Software is a bit tricky to figure out. Replaced a dvr system with this one.

Cons

The tech support is quick to respond although they repeat the same troubleshooting steps every time you contact them. Troubleshooting and resetting do nothing. When u plug in a flash drive to usb can use mouse to run nvr only one usb port.

Sun setting through trees caused enough pixel variation to cause some of my alarms. I wasn't smart enough, or patient enough with the customer service, to figure out how to do that to my satisfaction.

Aside from the cable issue, the system is well-built.

This isn't my first purchase of these cameras however every time i purchase a set, i have something to smile about.

If you can afford the upgraded set with 8mp/4k cameras i'd highly recommend them.

The cameras work great, especially considering the price point.

Overall i think the value for the system to the money spent on it is top notch!
