Highlights
Quality
Clean up with the little cleaning rack makes cleaning the lid grid easy, but the grates can be a little difficult, especially with onion.
Also a little hard to clean even with the tool that comes with it.
Competitiveness

The handle for use with this is not steady you start out slicing by hand and move to using the handle when the produce is low enough you are afraid to keep using your hand bare and leaves about a full inch of produce wasted for me this isnt a huge problem because i just throw it in the freezer to make stock with later but it is a little disappointing

The soft foods blade is truly for very soft foods only like some cheeses or hard boiled eggs if you try to use it for anything else i am sure it would not hold up
