I'll start with the good:-they fit me well-the entire palm and fingers are covered in rubbery-material which very grips well-the knuckle protectors aren't real carbon fiber (obviously), and the material appears to be a rubbery-plastic compound, however i think they would still provide good protection.  Read Less
