The construction is very sturdy and precise. The only issue is that it's more expensive to buy these two at a time, as opposed to buying a whole bunch of them.

Cons

One big word of caution. One end has a much thinner section which sticks out perhaps 4mm and will be much weaker than the fatter section.

A spring bar broke on my vintage seiko turtle, these fit, and are much thicker and stronger than the old ones!

I could have used the skinny pins i had but they could bend and pop off with all the abuse i give my watches.

Bought these with fingers crossed that they would fit a 22mm nato strap replacement for a g-shock mudman.

Lots of trustworthy shops, like amazon, and not so instantly trustworthy, to purchase really nice watches for really nice prices.
