The curvature of the turtle case however allows it to wear much smaller than you might think which is typically true of turtle cases imo and certainly in the case of this watch

There is a safety clasp and positive locing mechanism you have to squeeze together two buttons to release the clasp after releasing the safety element on the bracelet that should keep it from ever just popping loose and falling off

I like this system better than the one on invicta bracelet watches for sure as theres no real chance the watch gets hit or snags on a coat pocket in the winter and pops open
