The nato strap is well made. The watch body fits nicely and comfortably on my wrist.
Cons
The band clasp sits immediately behind the watch instead of the customary underneath. Very hard and uncomfortable to wear.

That said, i can go weeks without adjusting and be less than one minute off.
I simply can't hear it, unlike my rolex sea dweller which is target loud.
