It doesnt fit the meter particularly well and i doubt many users will find it useful

The meter is backlit to conserve battery power it only activates the backlight when the ambient illumination is below a low level

If you wish to activate the back light yourself you can do so by shielding the lumisphere with your hand and pushing the asa button

The only reason i upgraded it because the new one has a flash meter

You also need one aa battery for this meter which is not included

The meter comes with a case and a strap but i changed the strap because it was extremely long and did not serve its purpose
