Pros

Best way to take these is with food or a lot of water to minimize odorous burping. This capsule is not extremely large, which makes it easy to *.

Purely holistic has added selenium 200 mcg to their line-up. I take levothyroxine, and this helps with the energy. I love that they continue to expand their supplements & offer organic supplements as well.

Selenium occurs naturally in whole grains, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, and seafood.

Cons

The taste makes me gag and leaves a terrible after taste that lingers for quite some time. You have to drink a lot of water with it, or when it starts to dissolve, you get that awful taste again.
