The only reason i deducted one star is that the safe isnt fireproof but neither does sentry claim it is

Setting a numerical combination is straightforward but needs to be reset every time you open the safe

There is no way to enter the combination permanently

As i said earlier the one thing it isnt is fireproof and the front door of the safe is classified as tamper resistant not tamperproof

To me that means that if the safe was somehow stolen a determined thief would be able to use a crowbar to eventually gain access to it

If you use your credit or debit card as the security for opening the door then go to work or leave the house with that card no one else your kids will be able to open the door without the card
