Pros

Clear highs, punchy lows and forward midrange. Even for just watching tv, the voices are so much sharper. My voice is crisp to others, others voices are crisp- clear and unmuddled.

The cable is thicker and the 1/8th inch plug is reinforced much more sturdily than the cx 100. The bass is also much improved over the cx 100. These are so underrated the bass and the soundstage are so good for gaming and * anything music movies etc. ... Read More

Sennheiser cx300s are a great pair of wired earbuds. They come with a storage pouch made of syn-leather to keep them safe when not in use. The fit also feels quite unintrusive and does not pain the ears even when used for long durations of time.

The earpiece is tighter and blocks out more noise. The mic has good gain with very clear voice recording. They have some natural noise cancellation when you create a seal with the right size ear rubber thingie.

Cons

It’s just a pricey set of earbuds without the mic feature. Not apple, sony, or bose. If you get earwax into the hole of the bud, it has undoubtedly and irreversibly obstructed the earbud. You're much better off under the $20 range with panasonic or so... Read More

The sound quality is very muddled and very tinny. No effective sound stage in which a listener can enjoy what they're listening to.

Its a pity these headphones feel offensive to the ear. However, i'm disappointed by sennheiser's presentation and delivery here.

Sounds as good as much more expensive headphones.

The quality for the price is unbeatable; even when compared to the rest of sennheiser's own earphones.

I'm just saying they are low quality compared to the previous sennheiser products i have owned.
