This is a solid, well built microphone.

Bought it to replace one that died after years of use, bad storage habits and mistreatment.

It's just one pull tab and its fully open, and it wasnt even that tight.

Was delivered by amazon prime and arrived on time just as advertised

The problem is when they shipped it, they just put the mailing sticker on the microphone box.

Competitiveness

I have not tried shure but based on feedbacks, this brand seem to be more favorable.

Sennheiser has always made a superior product and sells them at reasonable cost which is great !

The e835 is in that same league as the sm58.

I compared the e835s to my much more expensive electrovoice re-27.
