Overall a very good mic for the price.

For the money this is the best wired microphone i ever owned.

Couldn't ask for a better mic plus i got a steal for $65.

It is a great value for the price.

I find the frequency response of this mic far more natural than a lot of the more popular stage mics.

I thought it was better than the shure, personally.

I bought the e 845-s because my shure had been dropped one too many times and more expensive sennheiser mics were out of my price range.
