Great sound, even better on a soundcard w/ an amp. The sound quality is excellent, especially when paired with an epos amplifier. I'm not an audiophile by any means, but i still want things to sound good.

All sennheiser products feel incredible, as if they were tailed for you personally. Nd review update these things are just as good as when i first unboxed them. More so, than other headsets in the market.

Cons

No different from general stereo headphones using virtual surround.

I am devastated and let down. Man i got ripped off. It's easy to reattach but come on, this thing is just garbage. Time to go back to the drawing board sennheiser" - userreattach.

The mechanicals for the mic boom are a big miss. The microphone has a mute function dependent on the swing of the boom. I'm not certain if this actually switches the mic input or there's logic to enable the microphone.

Headset is 1+ whole pound heavy and that is not normal for conventional headphones. Even after fully extending the headband, it still sits quite heavily on the top of your head (headset is extremely heavy).

This makes the top band merely rest on my head, as apposed to forcing down upon it.

Price

All in all for the price, you are definitely getting quality.

The only real downside is the price.

They're coming out with an open headset for about 30 dollars less in a few weeks, so it's very much personal preference.
