Seinhheiser gsp 670 is a great headset. The sound quality is excellent, and the surround works much better than it has in other surround headsets i've used. As far as the mic goes, they sound better than any youtube review that i've listened to.

I love everything accept the fizzle issues. Sometimes i fiddle with its positioning and murky localization suddenly becomes very clear. Although plastic, build quality is amazing too.

Sennheiser's are nearly useless. The epos software is horrendous. Epos has shown a total lack of responsiveness.

The wireless and wired connectivity on this headset is atrocious. This thing has the worst wireless headset that i have ever had the misfortune of using.

Customer support is hopeless in regards to this problem. It's obvious that you've outsourced your support. Notifications get missed.
