Pros

The only lacking feature is a mic. They're lightweight, but when you pick them up, they feel well-crafted. Honestly have yet to listen to any music though them, but i am sure it sounds great for the price i paid.

The headband is plush and made of the same materials that the ear cups are. I go to the gym and see them shimmering beneath the lights. Great headphones for audiobooks.

It's shortish, but at about 5' it's fine for me--i use it either sitting stationary, or connected to a device i am holding or carrying in my pocket. The cord length is not so long that you are tripping over it but yet long enough for comfort.

The soundstage is more three-dimensional and the bass is smoother, but not overbearing. The sonys offer a greater sense of presence. The sound is spacious, but also a little muffled.

They squeeze the head a bit at first but over time they loosen up to fit your head better. No sweaty ears. Not muddy or tinny. I have short pointy hair that often gets stuck in the ear padding.

Cons

The cord is too thin and feels like it will break at nothing. The wire is about as thick as fishing line. The cord needs a serious upgrade, maybe even a removable one, so at least you can replace them. The cable is thinner than my samsung smartphone h... Read More

For the price, this is an excellent product!

Great pair of headphones especially for the price.

I do need to take them off after an hour or two of continuous use as they can be fatiguing, but again their less than $35.

They all cost more and hurt her ears in short order.

I was expecting them to repair them for me, but they promptly sent me a brand new pair!

They had a form to fill out and generated a free shipping label for me.

Competitiveness

The fabric material breathes much better than the cheap vinyl on other models at this price point.

I use these more than my expensive headphones.
