With the exception of the beyerdynamics and the audeos which i returned almost immediately the former because they produced a horrible sound and the latter because they couldnt handle any bass at all the filters would break almost immediately after playing a few bassy tunes the chord for each of the abovelisted headphones broke after two or three months use it didnt sever of course but the sound from the buds became increasingly crackling until there was no sound at all

True i may not be the most careful of users i just wrap the headphones around the ipod and never ever use the carrying case they come with but this doesnt excuse the shockingly poor durability of these products

Im happy to report that touch wood they still work marvellously well with the chord showing no sign of giving up

They are very well balanced not neutral but balanced in my opinion
