From experience the only potential setback is the angled jack that can wear over time causing audio from your devices to distort hence 4 not 5 stars

It sounds better than any free set of earphones you get and has a very flat response meaning its very true to how the song was supposed to sound with maybe a little extra sparkle in the highs
