From what i've gathered the audio quality is fantastic, and the microphone is very good.

The microphone quality is crystal and has excellent noise-isolation/blocking.

Price

I have an asus dg that cost me $30 and works great.

Worth the money to me, but price tag can be rough for some.

Packaging/appearance

The cable is approximately 9 ft or so and comes with a velcro tie to keep it out of the way.

Everything was in the packaging, except for one essential part, without which it is nearly impossible to operate.

The mic flips up easily too for when you need it out of the way.

Competitiveness

I personally use sennheiser products, and love them.

Sometimes i pair this with my fiio e6 amplifier to drive more power to the headphones, and the combo's pretty spectacular.

But to truley awaken this monster, you need a sound card.
