Pros

Sennheiser has a high quality speaker and microphone. Good sound, clear, and a great mic. I also use this headset to record podcasts remotely.

Operation of the headset is seamless with my polycom desktop phone. The footprint is small and connects directly to the phone base itself. You can switch calls back/forth from the handset/speaker/headset.

It has a clear & forward sound that has a little extra 'cut' in the upper-mids / lower treble. The speaker has great clarity and everyone says they can hear me just fine. Only problem is no mute.

Cons

The mic picks up the sound coming out of the earphone. The quality itself is kind of muffled.

I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. Return window is of coarse closed now. Product support is no help.

The mic quality is on par with the mh751, but it doesn't heat up my ears b/c it has one speaker that doesn't cover the ear.

For the price, it's a no brainier, it's the best headset for work purposes.

I don't think you can find a better headset for the price.
