It cuts out background noise very well but unless the mic is in exactly the right position to your mouth people will either hear you breathe into it or not at all

People have been harsh when discussing the mute and answer control but take a look at the pictures in my review

The plantronics picture also provided has a better looking toggle but you need to actually look at the thing to see which button mutes and which one hangs up on the customer

Most were uncomfortable due to the band sitting on top of the head the headset being overly heavy the cups making my ears sweat or the cups being made of nasty cheap materials that would irritate my ears
