I am careful with the cord 4 years since i saw the hd 360 pro they were on sale 45 for a couple months were the number 1 seller then i didnt take the px 360 the same and 380s looked no way i have a 4 way amp hookup these are always grabbed first and if i want rock i take the highs down with my equalizer it must have been on that black friday if i do wreck them ill get them fixed or pay more than double here i wish the earcups were a bit more plushand agree the cord is thin i cant take these outside i enjoy them here i only have 4 really nice headphones these are nothing like the senn 598 but i love those too an ath 40x my old one i stepped on the cord after 10 or so years these are better more for personal listening some sony mdr1a
