Highlights
Quality
But for the experience chef/cook who knows how to handle a knife and will use it a lot, going high quality is a must.
I will update my review if rust forms or quality degrades; i'm careful to do this for items i've reviewed.
I see some reviewers were not happy with the shape.
Excellent quality, full tang with a beautiful finish.
Price
The price is just right for this type of knife.
If you’re shopping for a sharp, quality, premium knife without the premium price, you’ll want to consider the restaurantware tool.
Packaging/appearance
The pattern design looks nice but it was not very sharp for a new knife right out of the box.
Competitiveness
This has eaisly become one of my favorite paring knives out of a set of cutco and cangshan that i own.
This is of similar quality and build in my opinion to my cutco paring knife that i've had for a decade and a half.
I didn't have super high hopes for the sensei blue 3-inch paring knife when we ordered it.
I bought this as a gift at a great sale price.
