I have been using this knife for about a month or so now and i am very pleased with it.
This is a quality german-steel knife that is built to use, and last.

Will buy more, price is very reasonable!

While you cant see the tang its enclosed in the durable plastic handle the description says it is full tang so well take their word for it

It has two holes in the bottom of the handle and comes with plastic pegs that are different colors so you can designate it for specific use re allergies or in other situations avoid crosscontamination
