Pros & Cons
Pros
This patented form is one of very few that uses both roots and leaves/stems. Also, this variety of ash is better for sedation, so i take it at night. I feel like these make me less anxious at the cost of being more apathetic.
Cons
This product has titanium dioxide as an additive. According to pmid 29792697, this additive is possibly unsafe for use.
