It is in fact just a container with lots of extract powder and no instructions or scoop or anything so you will need a milligram scale to measure the amounts and some plan for how to take it like buying gel caps to put it in or stirring it into a hot drink

If you prefer the convenience of premade pills to the cash savings of extract powder then you should not buy sensoril in this form
