Pros

This is outstanding. Its carpeted on the bottom and sounds and feels extremely solid. They are extremely well made, weighty and look nice. It is rugged and easy to open/close.

The dimensions are 15 x 18 x 9. The inside is padded with plenty of space. It's the perfect size for a small closet and best of all, it can't be opened with just a paperclip. Keeps valuables safe in a college dorm environment.

There is a back up key and back up battery pack to in case the internal batteries die. Will open via a pin code, a card swipe or a master key.

It has a nice little light on the inside that auto-illuminates when the door opens. It also has a light that shines inside in case the closet doesn't have the best lighting.

Cons

The locking bolts don't extend sufficiently across (even with manual key) to actually hold the door closed - they impact against the inside edge of the safe frame. The anode of batteries get no contact with the battery compartment because no metal tip... Read More

Unit can be bolted down easily with the hardware that is included.

I wish i can get a biometric lock safe but costs too much.

We like the several choices for opening and accessing the contents.

Holes in the bottom and back to screw it down to what ever it sits on top of, in my case the shelf inside the valult.
