Pros

This fireproof box is larger and heavier than i would've imagined. No problem with the locking feature. Uses a better grade of steel so it's a little heavier.

Cons

There is no way this plastic box is fireproof. Horrid quality. Useless now complete junk. It's too large for just passports and hard drives.

The key operates some internal bolt and doesn't just lock a latch that can be opened and closed manually without the key. The key is very loose, so it is easily knocked 90 degrees, unlocking the lid and allowing all the contents to spill out.

I purchased this item and it was very nice, sturdy, and not real heavy.

It is made of good materials and i trust the quality from this manufacturer.

Seems really solid, but you have to jiggle the key to get it into the lock.

This is a great sage for the price point.

But for me, it gets 5 stars for it’s quality versus price ratio.
