Pros

It's heavy enough that i think it will deter a casual thief or * head, and has some fireproofing which is a big bonus. Only complaint is not about the safe, but rather the amazon sale.

Comes with one factory-installed permanent 5-digit code to open lock. The keypad lock is very user friendly. The digital lock sure speeds up entry and works smoothly.

Cons

The handle is flimsy. Internals are all plastic. The heavy duty locking pins are some sort of painted plastic or very light metal. The lock is sticky.

Once opened, there was a substantial dent just above the door. I’m thinking the seller ended up getting a bunch of damaged safes and is trying to resell them. Disappointed in the quality and workmanship of the safe.

Every time i try to unlock it, the same issue happens. Keypad refuses to accept the code.
