Pros

The safe is a good size for most valuables and is able to be bolted to the floor for added security. The battery compartment is readily available behind the keypad and uses standard batteries. It is a little scary that the combination can't be reset, ... Read More

This product is obviously defective. There really no recourse to resolve this matter. It is immensely frustrating.

Being touted as fireproof and waterproof is meaningless if you can't protect the valuables while they are inside the safe. We have a smaller $35 sentry safe that is more legit than this one. I am totally bummed about this safe.

The lock mechanism is flimsy. The combination dial assembly is cheap cheap plastic parts and gears. The handle on is so cheap, i'm afraid to lock up any valuables in it for fear that it'll snap right off. All just lazy designs.

After locking and unlocking the safe 6-7 times it no longer works. It still unlocks, but being randomly stopped while turning the dial is not good. The manual with the combo was inside the unit, and it was locked.
