When it was it seems someone else must have purchased it previously as the safe arrived locked and no instruction booklet so i finally found the phone number by downloading the instructions from the amazon website

I tried to contact amazon but with the covid 19 problems they were unavailable for chat or for me to call them

I have called sentry safe only to have the call cut off have a brief message leading someone to believe someone would be on the line after the message but again cut off or like today memorial day where there was an actual message stating they were closed for memorial day

It wast a returned item at least i dont think so from the explanation cs gave me i guess they ship them locked and you have to call them to get the access code
